Welcome to yoga! Are you wondering what yoga is all about? Are you a bit unsure if yoga will work out for you? This 4-week Intro Series is a wonderful place to begin. In this series, students will safely and slowly learn proper alignment as well as modifications for injuries, areas of discomfort, and moments when you need different options to suit you best. Students will increase strength, balance, and flexibility and questions are always welcome. Students will also learn breath practices and meditation techniques to help foster calm, relaxation, and self-awareness. This series will prepare students for Level 1 and Level 1-2 classes. This series is also open to current students who have not yet had the opportunity to learn the foundations upon which the yoga practice is built.
