
Samasana = Sam + Asana
Sam is my nickname, short for Samantha.
Asana are the yoga poses, intended to restore health and maintain well-being. If observed carefully, asana bring deep awareness of the body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in back care and positive self-image, my purpose as a teacher being to help create a world of self-love and smiling spines.
