Laughing Buddha Yoga Studio is my yoga home. I offer classes for all levels of experience, plus special offerings (see left navigation bar). Monday & Wednesday,

6:30-7:45pm

 

Hatha, level 1-2 - Find balance between effort and ease in a class that combines the strength of core postures, the serenity of breath-directed movement, the relaxation of stretches, and the bliss of finding balance. Students are encouraged to access their inner and outer strength and focus, while at the same time practicing the art of letting go and chilling out. Special attention will be given to spine health and options are always provided to those who are injured or needing different options. This class is wonderful and supportive space for beginners, while at the same time providing instruction for those wanting to deepen their practice.

Friday 6:30-7:45pm

 

Restorative, all levels - Foster calm and relaxation through breath practice, meditation, restorative postures, extra slow flow, and an extended savasana (final relaxation). Great for new and beginning students, those working through injuries and other challenges, and anybody wanting a break from the fast lane. In Restorative yoga, you can expect quiet moments of reflection and lots of time to simply be. This class is a beautiful way to close the work week and welcome the weekend.
