Yoga Books I Like

There are thousands of yoga excellent books out there. These are the ones I like the most and recommend to others. I don't have a long list of favorites or all that many books on my bookshelf. I've always been a fan of finding a few books I love and reading them over and over, letting the words infuse me and take on new meanings over time. Nearly all of the books I recommend are about living your yoga, rather than doing it. I find speaking with an experienced teacher to be the best way to learn how to do yoga safely. The links will bring you to the books' links on Amazon.com where you can read descriptions, summaries, and reviews.
